The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.


2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.


3. SHIPMENT LOCATIONS

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

4. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided. Delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location.

Orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery zone.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, location, method of delivery, and item availability.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.


5. TRACKING

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

7. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

Sometimes packages are delivered to neighbours or left in safe places. If your order appears to be missing, please:

  • Check common drop-off areas (porch, behind pots, mailroom, etc.)

  • Ask neighbours or building managers
